The Apple iPhone was announced in January by Steve Jobs at Apple's annual MacWorld conference. The Apple iPhone will double as both a cellphone and iPod allowing you to store music from your iTunes library on your iPhone. The iPhone is a high tech multi-functional device that allows you to make phone calls, text message, surf the web, take pictures, send and receive email, watch video, and best of all it is an iPod.

iPhone Is Your New iPod
The iPhone is in affect a wide screen iPod allowing you to play music, audiobooks, videos, TV shows, and movies — on a beautiful 3.5-inch widescreen display. It also lets you sync your content from the iTunes library on your PC or Mac. The new iPhone will come in both 8GB and 4GB versions allowing for sufficient storage space.
iPhone Release Date
Apple has yet to specify a specific release date. When announced, the iPhone was scheduled to be released in June of 2007. The latest news from Apple is to expect the release in late June.
iPhone Pricing
The iPhone will be priced at $599 for the 8gb version and $499 for the 4GB version. It will be available through Apple Stores and AT&T. The iPhone will be available in the US intitially, but will rollout in other countries in late 2007 and beyond.
